5. Pay all fees in a timely manner as agreed

4. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are clearly outlined during the consultation process. Payment terms include:

• Placement fees are due upon successful hiring
• All fees must be paid within 14 days of invoice date
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and debit card
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refund policies are subject to specific circumstances and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel a placement or service, please notify us immediately. Cancellation policies vary depending on the stage of the placement process:

• Cancellations before caregiver placement: Full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations within 30 days of placement: Partial refund may apply
• Cancellations after 30 days: No refund available

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or if safety concerns arise.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

While Tolohe conducts thorough screening and verification processes, we cannot guarantee the performance or conduct of nannies and caregivers after placement. Clients are responsible for:

• Conducting their own due diligence during the interview process
• Supervising and managing employed caregivers
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage

Tolohe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

8. Modifications to Terms
